Question: I would like to purchase some of your hair cuffs, but how do I know what size to buy?
Answer: The Loc n' Braid hair cuffs are available in extra small for micro locks and SISTER LOCKS, small, medium, large and custom fit.
Check the table below for your size:
Custom fit = Please measure the width of your loc (in mm's) and send the measurements with your order.
Question: Will it be hard to put these cuffs into my hair?
Answer: All hair cuffs ordered will come with a fitting wire and instructions on how to put them on. They are very easy to put in and take out, like threading a needle with a very large hole!
Question: Can I leave the cuffs in?
Answer: The hair cuffs are designed to be easily inserted and easily removed. There are some people who like to leave them in. But unless the cuff is made from precious metal wire, I would advise against this as the Silver or Gold plating would fade prematurely. However if the cuff is made from Enamelled Copper wire, premature fading and oxidation would not be a problem.
Question: I would like to place a large order for hair jewellery, how do I go about doing that?
Answer: If you order 6 or more of the same cuff, you will receive a discount on your order. Just place your order request via the Contact Zayunu box and the discount will be worked out for you. You will then receive a payment request email from Paypal for the amended order amount. Overseas clients please read the notes below before ordering.
Question: I would like to purchase my order in USD, can I do that?
Answer: Yes of course you can do that, just follow the instructions below:
If you would like to purchase your order in USD, select the items you require in your order and send the order information via the Contact Zayunu page for the order to be processed, rather than using the paypal buy now buttons.
The Sterling (UK) price of your order is then converted into USD via a currency converter. Prices will vary depending on the amount of USD to the Pound on the day. Once your order is converted into USD, then a PAYPAL payment request will be sent via email for you to complete the purchase of your order. Postage and Packaging will be added to this final bill also.

Please take note that if you are using Paypal to purchase your goods, that you are a VERIFIED paypal user and that your address is CONFIRMED. Failure in following these instructions will result in your order being delayed or not processed and any monies paid being returned (minus paypal fees)
Question: Do you only ever use silver and gold plated wire in your pieces?
Answer: No. If a client requests it, then a commission piece can be made with STERLING SILVER or GOLD wire. This however will be reflected in the final price of the piece as the cost of precious metal wire is more than plated copper wire.
Question: Will the wire that you use turn color?
Answer: The copper wire that is used in the jewelry is enamelled so there should be no problems with tarnishing or oxidation. This is also good news for those people who have allergies to nickel as there is a protective barrier between you and the copper.
The silver plated and Gold plated wire will naturally fade due to normal wear and tear. A good way to preserve the plating is to paint clear nail varnish on the wire as well as taking the cuffs out when washing your hair.
To order any of the designs in copper, please use the pay buttons provided. If there isn't a Paypal button for copper for the design you require, then please follow the same instructions as you would to place an order in USD (above) and use the Contact Zayunu form.
Question: I have a design that I would like you to make, could you do it?
Answer: Of course I can. Just email me a rough drawing of your design and I will have a look at it and contact you via email to discuss your requirements.
NB: I am currently in the process of finalising the design service pages of the website, as soon as it is humanly possible I will put them up for you.
Question: I want to buy a FINGERWRAP, do I need to give you my size?
Answer: No, All fingerwraps are ADJUSTABLE, just squeeze to fit.
Question: How do I chose the colour of the beads in my FINGERWRAP?
Answer: Please request the colour of the beads for your fingerwrap from the list below and If you would like a combination of two colours in your fingerwrap, again please make this clear when you order.
Question: What colour beads are available for the FINGERWRAPS?
Answer: The bead colours are available in:
Dark Green
Light Green
Baby Blue
Dark Blue
Turquoise Blue
Aqua Blue
Scarlet Red
Purple
Clear
Amber Brown
Please also note that these colours are also available as the center bead for the 'SHIEILD’ DESIGN LOC N’ BRAID CUFFS

Question: Will you ever sell my details to a third party?
Answer: No! Your contact details would only be used by Zayunu by Design to send you information on special offers, Zayunu promotions and news. I take privacy very seriously and guarantee NEVER to sell, share or rent your information to third parties.
I would strongly advise that you DO NOT enclose your email address in the Guestbook when making comments, I cannot ensure your privacy should you do so. As not to leave yourself open to spammers and the likes, please use the mailing list form instead.
